I switched to LX from a local chain waxing spot. LX is a very cozy space that makes you feel welcome when you walk in. The owner did my wax and she is super sweet and incredibly knowledgeable. They partner with a traveling spa for facial skin care which I'm also excited to check out. Highly recommend LX.

On her work, 5/5...on a professional level, 2 at best. She was 45 minutes late for my first ever appt with her. I had to reach out to her. I should have left but I reeeeeally wanted lashes. I understand personal life can get chaotic but being a service provider/professional myself, I know how things work. You do not bring your personal life into your business and she did just that. I wanted a relaxing experience and she talked on her phone (loudly in my ear) the entire time. I think we exchanged 4 words. After the appt was completed, I was hoping for a discount from the catastrophe in the beginning but nothing was done. I wont be coming back and I wont be referring.
