Once he had is overpriced retainer fee he showed little interest in my case. He gave me some affidavits that I had to fill out without any guidance from him. I had something come up and called his office to see if I could reschedule, and he lectured me for inconveniencing him. At that point I fired him, but he still charged $1500. All he did was a 1/2 hour consultation and gave me some standard forms to fill out.

Mr. Linehan did our adoption for our daughter and he was the most positive and friendly lawyer I have ever used, he helped us build our famiily, and I am forever thankful.

If you ever need help with Child Custody and Divorce case, never hire a lawyer that specializes in Family law only. I learned the hard way, Mr. Linehan was representing me early on when I was new to Family Court process. Ended my professional relationship with him because I thought would resolve with the Mother as family. Boy, do I regret that decision! Recently realized Mr. Linehan honestly cared about his clients and would go above and beyond to deliver results. Hire a General Practice Lawyer if you are dealing with family court! I would hire Mr. Linehan in a fraction of a second if he would even consider me as a client. General Practice Lawyers are only interested in delivering results and helping their clients in the most efficient way. GENERAL PRACTICE lawyers are the best. Mr. Linehan is really an HONORABLE man, May God Bless Him and His Family!!
