Divorce is extremely difficult and people tend to react emotionally. Sometimes you can be your own worst enemy. We were 3rd party grandparents and Virginia assisted us with picking our battles and keeping us focused. She is extremely knowledgeable and can definitely predict the outcome in situations. She was able to help us prepare and get temporary custody of our grandkids. She is willing to fight the Guardian ad Litem if need be. She was able to be a great negotiator and in the bitter end of our case, she managed to get both parents to sign and finalize the divorce giving us full custody. She is readily available whenever you need assistance. Our case should have been open and close but because of the difficult parents we were forced to fight everything from out of state, drugs, false children services reports, physical abuse and neglect, just to name the highlights.
