        I had purchased a mens briefcase online. I went to the store because I was told that they do engraving and I wanted to see if they had boxes for my gift. The lady in a friendly voice told me they dont give boxes for online orders. I showed her the receipt and said I could go get the item out my car now.. She then said that They dont engrave Coach Outlet Purchases! I shouldve, couldve, wouldveBut I didnt. I later found out that engraving is free there..
