Good place and great service

Had an appointment today at 11am. When we arrived the location was dark and closed. It was a Saturday and a bday gift for our daughter that she had been excited about. We had our appointment confirmed by text and email several times so we felt good about that. We waited and tried to reach this store but no one answered. We waited 15 min past the appointment time and left to find another place to do ear piercing. No way did I want them to rush it. We were left scrambling to find another place for our daughter. We went to Ulta across the street and they were able to fit us in and it was AMAZING. I should have checked with them in the first place as the service and experience with Ulta felt more comfortable and upscale compared to what we would have experienced at this place. Sometimes things are just meant to be but next time we will save the headache go where the professionals are!

Wayyyyy too expensive for the littlest stuff. But my kids love it and it's their money.

Excellent customer service! I took my Grand Daughter to get her ears pierced and they made it seem so easy!
