        The team at the Grove City location is some of the most professional and friendly people you will ever meet. Carissa and Jeff are helpful and knowledgeable. First Service Federal Credit Union is outstanding!

        After an initial glitch working with First Service CU (due to their website not being user friendly), working with Carissa at the Grove City location online has worked out well. She responds quickly and helped guide me through the website to set up my car payment and my checking/savings account.

        The ATM at the Holt Road location is not a very user-friendly machine. You have to put your card in lengthwise, which makes it very difficult to take out of the machine. When the money comes out of the slot, it barely comes out enough to grab it. The machine that was in its place previously was a lot better than this one.
