I had a great experience working with Curt at their Upper Arlington branch. I was getting mortgage quotes from multiple lenders in preparation to buy a home. Out of three different local lenders, Curt was the most responsive, provided the clearest documents, and provided the most helpful guidance with figuring out what I could qualify for with my income situation (combination of self-employed and variable month-to-month W2 income). Curt also helped make me aware of several down-payment assistance opportunities that I could apply for. I ended up having to go with a different lender because of a difference in lending terms, but I loved working with Curt!
