    The shipping company delivered my order to a whole other location, not my address. I never received my order, and the shipping company failed to retrieve my package. I contacted the merchant and Klarna. Klarna sided with the merchant, and I had enough evidence to proof that I never received my order and that the shipping company delivered my package to the wrong place. They denied me and said I was lying and that I needed to pay the balance due. I tried showing all evidence that I had and still ignored me. The customer service reps suck! You'll get AI trying to "help you", the customer service reps are worse. They don't give a f about what you say, they give you the round around, and some don't even know what to do. I kept contacting Klarna and telling them how do they expect me to pay for my order I never even received. They kept repeating that the merchant said it was delivered, so that meant that I did "receive" my order when, in reality, I never received my order and had enough evidence to proof. I contacted my bank and disputed the charges. Now Klarna wants to reopen the debt and make me pay again. At this point, I feel that's how Klarna makes their money by scamming people in many ways and sucks that I didn't read the bad reviews beforehand.

    The payment process is ridiculous. They messed up on my orders countless times. Ive been with them for years and it seems like the app is getting worse. The store is telling me they have nothing of me buying the product. Klarna is saying they have a number. I never even received the receipt or order number from the store. This happened to me a bunch of times. Im done with this app. Also customer service will tell you it takes 5 to 7 business days for the issue to clear. Im sorry but that ways to long. I dont know what happened to this company but it was never like this. The app has way to many issues.

    They will not give me credit on my bill, I have provided receipts an all but they will not give me my credit. Its so sad because its so convenient but if I return something its a possibility it may not get returned to my bank account or KLARNA.

    I ordered some outfits for my birthday and 2023 March 19th . I was supposed to receive the items before I left on vacation on April 13 . I left for vacation and my package never came. I continue to send messages letting them know I will not be there if the package is gonna come after the 14th when I got back from vacation on the 18th and the evening I still hadnt received the package I immediately let them know that I did not receive that package. I let Cheekie !! know and I let Kwanna know they call themselves doing an investigation and then they sent you straight to collection, Ive already disputed the amounts with my bank because. I refuse to pay for a package that I never received . I asked them to escalate this to the next department and the representatives are either Computers, responding or they have no knowledge of how to handle this situation. I know I am not the only person who did not receive a package there should be a system in place because these delivery people dont care where they leave your package. I am very aggravated and frustrated but Im gonna continue to fight this. I do not have $250 to Give them or throw away!!!

    This company is ridiculous. They had any issue with THEIR payment processing system and therefore weren't able to process my payment from the same card I used for automatic payments with Klarna for well over a year. I called in to resolve the issue the agent had me delete then re-enter my card info( the same card I already had store). Upon doing this the agent realized that Klarna's system was recognizing my debit card as a credit card. Which is no fault of my own. I offered to pay over the phone just to get my account caught up, however the agent claimed that they don't take phone payments. He explained that they would resolve the issue. A month later I started getting calls from collection agencies. This over a mistake that Klarna made. I've called numerous times to get this resolved with Klarna with no luck. The agents don't care that a mistake made by Klarna is affecting my credit
