When ordering the floor from the store you have to go and pick it up in Whitehall they have no sense of urgency none whatsoever they are quick to take your money but they give you the runaround just to get your flooring very big inconvenience they should reevaluate the way they get the flooring to the customer

My experience was exceptional from the time I entered the store to meet with the salesman through flooring selection, job estimating and installation. The finished results are spectacular! As an added bonus, they got the job done for $3,000 less than a competitor who quoted the exact same flooring that I got from RiteRug!

Horrible Experience! After stopping into the store and speaking to Don Johnson, we proceeded with a quote. Don came out to the house to take measurements and finalize the quote. He told me that the carpet installers would take care of moving all of the furniture. He didn't tell me that the installers would push a bookcase full of books instead of appropriately moving-- ruining the bookcase (twisted and pulled such that the shelves no longer fit and will only fall), scrape the finish off the corner of the banister, and leave dents and scrapes on my walls. Company also does not respond to call lodging complaint for this damage after installers leave. I would recommend finding another company to do business with.
