I am a contractor who was hired by Lakisa Williams at Rite Rug to repair a window mechanism alledgedly damaged by one of her installers during a job. Even though the damage did not appear to be caused by her team, Lakisa worked closely with me to solve the problem to the customer's satisfaction. That's great customer service!

UPDATE: After giving them not one but two chances to make things right, they have no-call no-showed for both appointments. They clearly do not value their customers or standby their work. Go somewhere that will do things right the first time, and who enjoy taking care of their customers. So- literally anywhere else. Go anywhere else. They did a terrible job installing our carpet and LVP flooring. It is though they had installers doing our work on their first day as a learning experiment. There are highly visible seams thru our hallways and bedrooms. Seams that should not even be there, much less thru the middle of each area. The LVP was cut way too short, and now has huge gaps in multiple areas, snaps and pops with each step, and several areas that have a lot of give because they did not bother to ensure the subfloor was level. Then, when you call them on their inexperience, you get a guy who comes out and treats you like you are just a bored housewife who has no idea how flooring works. Despite the fact that I hold a Masters degree, have had the same flooring installed by other companies with no issues, AND have had 3 other flooring companies come inspect this work. ALL have said this work was not done well and should be replaced. Instead, RR half a@@es a "fix" which really looks like they have done nothing. We have already reported them to the BBB, and multiple contracting review sites. Save your money and go anywhere else.
