I've know the owner and other top executives in this company for years. To be honest, their professionalism with the products they sell and services they offer is not represented properly with these few 1 star reviews. They have hundreds and hundreds large and venerable institutions and entities who would strongly recommend them for their proteins, sauces, rice and even vegetables components and individual kits. If you are a restaurant or food service operator looking for a trusted family company to help you deliver popular, high quality asian dishes with minimal effort, you found the right place.

I don't think they open at 7. It's 7:25 already and they don't answer their phones nor attend the door

Company is super unprofessional. I called in to inquire about services, when the receptionist answered the phone (man) he said "sunrise how can I help you" I asked "how is your morning" he goes "uuughhhh and hangs up on me". I tried calling back and he goes, "stop calling" I wouldn't recommend doing anything with or for this company. Miserable staff reflect big time on the business. Why pay someone to take calls if they don't do their job and push customers away. There are many companies offering what they do.
