        I purchase a sectional from Ashley in Dublin OH for my rec room and paid for white glove delivery. Upon delivery on 4/6/2024 one piece of the sectional was damaged while the mover team got it stuck in my doorway. The piece had 3 tears in the cushions that got jammed in the doorway due to improper preparation to get it through the doorway. I had to help unlodge the piece because one of the movers was in the basement and basically was stuck until we could get the piece out of the doorway. When I put in a claim to customer service for the damage they advised me that the damage would not be covered because the moving team had pictures of me forcing the piece through the doorway. Now I am stuck with a brand new torn up sofa sectional. Buyer beware of Ashley and their poor delivery service. So much for consumer rights with this company. Stay away from Ashley and buy somewhere else.
