I took my 84 year old father furniture shopping for his assisted living apartment. Q was great! He was respectful and thoughtful of how it might be difficult for my dad to move around the store with a walker and made it easy and enjoyable!

I had a great experience with both the sales and delivery side of Morris and Ashley! We started at one location and, when she wasnt able to help me with exactly what I was looking for, she referred me to another and linked me with a salesperson that was at the door and ready to help me as soon as we arrived! He was understanding of our budget and willing to listen to my likes and dislikes. A week before delivery, I changed my mind on one of the pieces and he was efficient to link me with a manager who was able to help me with the exchange and the new item was delivered just a week later than the first! Both delivery experiences were excellent from the scheduling and reminders to the delivery itself. All 4 pieces we ordered are exactly as I had hoped! We are very satisfied with the experience and would recommend Morris and Ashley to anyone looking for furniture.
