        In a recent visit to Columbus, we stopped into Bassett Furniture. We had been looking for a while for a chair and a half that would fit within a limited space. Tom Peppler was our sales rep and not only did he find what we were looking for but he made the entire experience pleasurable. In todays world, sometimes you almost forget what great service is all about. Thanks, Tom! Keep up the good work.

        We had an excellent experience with our most recent purchases at Bassett. Tiffany Barrett assisted us through the entire process and was outstanding to work with from start to finish. She listened to what we were looking for, providing suggestions and guidance all along the way. I also relied on her interior design skills to assist us in what would work best in the space we had to work with. She was able to provide a computerized floor plan which was so helpful! In addition, it was so refreshing to work with someone who was not a high pressured salesperson and worked at our pace. I highly recommend Tiffany as your sales consultant to work with when you visit Bassett at the Easton location. Thank you, Tiffany!
