The doctors are great. The billing and administration is atrocious. Just be very, very careful about whatever you are billed - and you will receive 3-5 different bills for what should be one procedure. I was billed errantly and have spent months trying to sort this out between all my primary doctors, insurance companies, and their billing people.

Dr main is an egotistical buffoon that share intimate details that was shared with him in an office setting would recommend death because he will let his ego get in the way everything.

11/28/2023=Its been 16 years since I had my first colonoscopy. Amazing and professional staff. Time management was on point. Detailed explanations of required procedures and protocols. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Dr. Bakhru and his team were approachable, knowledgeable, professional, and they all had sense of humor. I was nervous and scared. Their interactions with me made those feelings disappear. They all rock! Thankfully, the results were all negative and no signs of malignancy. I recommend Ohio Gastro to others. Big thank you! Nice and clean environment. Parking lot walking distance to the facility.
