        My husband and I absolutely love Dr. Maynard! She is so sweet, understanding and friendly. Really cares about her patients and honestly have nothing bad to say about her. We have seen her since 2017!

        I truly adored Dr Maynard. I thought she was patient kind and very active in my care plan for a few years now. However in June of 2022 I found myself in the ER and needed to have a follow up visit with DR Maynard for the health issue I was dealing with. It was then I found out that she had left that particular practice in May of 2022 so I was left with no physician and found myself having to go to a walk in clinic for my follow up. I understand that there are changes that have to be made in physicians lives as well. I just feel that I should have been informed by her as my primary that she would no longer be my physician. I just felt completely abandoned because the other physicians in that location I was told, were not taking on any more patients. Other than that I have no complaints about her showing her care for me.
