Came here for Easter Brunch with my family who were visiting from out of town. I made a reservation in advance. The food itself was good, everyone enjoyed their brunch meal & mimosas. (We got a French toast, breakfast burrito, breakfast sandwich, and eggs Benedict which were all good) But I have to say the service was incredibly lacking throughout the whole experience. It took forever to be greeted by our server. And then once he did, it still took forever for him to come back to even take our orders. We sat around waiting a while which was a let down. He never once came back to check on us, ask how things were, take any additional orders, etc. Had to hunt someone down to even get our bill to leave. As we were eating, there were 2 groups of people who came in looking to get sat. A host never came over to them. You could tell they were upset and eventually just left after no one acknowledging them for quite some time. Not sure I would come back. I wish I didnt bring my out of town family here for the holiday.

They gave me cold fries I asked for hot ones and he brought them out in less than 30seconds so they was probably for another person and they weren't even hot. McDonald's fries are better. The nachos were not good, the meat was just a hamburger that they broke apart and they didn't break mine apart all the way because there were big ole pieces of hamburger, and the nachos was cold too. The trivia was the only good thing.
