Great experience! Halima is a very experienced braider and not heavy handed at all. I enjoyed getting my hair braided here and will definitely be back again! Prices are good too!

I called early in the morning to set an appointment, it was very easy. When I got to the shop I was greeted with smiling faces. Halima was very pleasant and sweet, and I was very pleased with my service! I will be returning.

This is the most professional, shop in all of Columbus, Ohio. They make you feel like family and the service is 100% AMAZING!!! I recommend EVERYONE to come here!! You will NEVER be disappointed!! I absolutely love my hair styles EVERY TIME I f you want great Service this is the place to go.

This owner scammed me.. Or her bank! I asked her by showing her Zelle attached to her actual name and number from my bank account's Zelle including a $ amount. She confirmed it was her name and number. I sent a payment for my twists then she asked for another because her supposed account was CLOSED but accepted $200 of my dollars. I sent another payment to another account of hers because she claimed she didnt have access to the account associated with Zelle. We went back and forth for a MONTH and I asked for free hair appointment because I paid for a service I never got. She didnt acknowledge that was an option. She provided her supposed bank name. Said she went there several times and she doesnt know whats going on or how to get into her old account nor speak to a represenative on how to fix this issue. She provided a woman's number who works there. Which I scheduled an appointment to see in person, she canceled last minute and opt for email communication told me she would escalate the issue. The owner said the bank never got confirmation and I had the confirmation on my end through my bank. I called her supposed bank Key bank and whose number she gave me, is in on it. Names Nicole. So Im out of $200 for a hairstyle I never got. I even filed a claim with my bank and they were unsuccessful in retrieving my money back. The owner also doesnt take good care of your hair before putting in your braids. And its heavy braids not how protective hairstyle should be. Make sure to have you hair detangled and infused with the good things you like other-wise if your hair is washed and dried and tangled SHE DETANGLES your hair DRY causing major breakage. Ill never want to come here again. The thing is if an account is closed in any bank. They cant accept your Zelle payment but hers did and she supposedly had no access to it. Now I have to file a complaint with Key Bank about their business practices concerning zelle.
