WE'VE BEEN USING HOME HELPERS TO CARE FOR MY DAD AND COULDN'T BE HAPPIER. WE WERE UNSURE HOW IT WOULD WORK WHEN WE FIRST REACHED OUT BUT OUR CONTACT PERSON PUT US AT EASE IMMEDIATELY. WE KNEW THEY CARED AND WOULD FIND A GOOD MATCH FOR OUR DAD. SURE ENOUGH, THEY DID! WITHIN 3 VISITS THE CARE GIVER AND DAD WE'RE SETTLED INTO A ROUTINE AND ENJOYING EACH OTHER'S COMPANY. THIS PUT OUR MOM AT EASE AND ALLOWED HER TO TAKE SOME MUCH NEED TIME TO RE-ENERGIZE. HOME HELPERS HAS ALSO BEEN INSTRUMENTAL IN WORKING WITH THE LONG TERM CARE INSURANCE COMPANY. OUR ENTIRE FAMILY WOULD RECOMMEND HOME HELPERS WITHOUT HESITATION.

Sadly, this service employs aides that refuse to bathe and provide basic care for the elderly with dementia. An aide named Deborah is terribly neglectful and lazy and should not be working with the elderly or children. I DO NOT recommend this company in any way.

HH provided world class service from the moment we called in crisis through our service period. Tracey and Jason educated us on all the options available to us and made and overwhelming situation feel under control. Mom and Dads helper was kind, professional and anticipated their needs while still providing them dignity and independence. We appreciate the relationships we have with HH and will use them again! Thank you for being there for us when we needed you.

They started being caring but towards end of service they insisted i use equipment that caused me pain and discomfort against medical advice. Constantly went against medical advice and would not listen to me. Charged my family thousands for equipment not needed. Would not recommend this agency.
