I would give zero stars. My family was in an emergency, so we simply stayed here for the night. Check-in was like we were inconvenienced to the guy in the check-in window. He kept screaming at my son about Check-out time at noon. We get knocked at the door right before 10 am and tge same front counter to "be out now!" Maybe this man could direct his anger at his management in potentially dangerous situations like yelling at people he doesn't know.

I pre-paid for a reservation online and when I got there they charged my card for the room again anyways. Since then, I have made multiple calls and sent e-mails in an attempt to reconcile the double charge, but no one answers the phone or responds to the emails. I don't know if this is an intentional scam or an accident, but be careful.

This place reminds me of the ending of the movie "Selena" if you catch my drift. Room was alright, the room next to us sounded like they were naked sumo wrestling a seal. You can smell Wendy's from here, the senior discount is alright. I have Alzheimer's so please forgive me but I love Bob Evans great meal definitely coming back. Where am I. Pepperoni Pizza

this place is okay at the most for a couple of hours. once the bugs come out this place is a total game changer. stayed in the room for 3 hour tops and i feel like i have been taken over by bugs. a bunch of cockroaches on the floor and probably more mysterious bugs. stay here if you don't want to see the future.
