        Charles (Chuck) came to inspect our furnace - when he arrived, he was kind, friendly and took his time figuring out the problem. When I asked him if the necessary fix would extend the life of the furnace, he was honest with me and said no. I asked him for new furnace quotes and he shared the differences in furnace brands and types with me. Charles did not come across as a salesperson, but rather as a knowledgeable employee. He was so great that I asked for him to install my new furnace. The install went seamlessly - he worked hard for nearly 5 hours and tested our furnace before leaving. Charles is a real gem and I would recommend Temperature Pro if you need a new furnace.
