Terrible company and a rip off. Their prices are outrageous and easily the most expensive out there. I had a cooler needing serviced so a technician came out and he said the price would be $600. Four days later I got an invoice for $1200. I called To ask why such a big difference in price, the lady said that technician shouldve never given a price because they have no idea on pricing (which I understood). So I paid that total. One week later, the same cooler stops working. So I call airecom back, And they said the technician has Incorrectly written quote Therefore, your cooler is not fixed. I was shocked And I couldnt understand how a technician comes out there, and only have fixes half the problem and I get billed for it before the complete fix has occurred. The person on the phone basically said there was nothing he could do for me So I asked him to send me the invoice to finish The original job. And the new invoice Was $1800. I called them back and said this is not fair to me. Im already in the whole $1200 assuming job was complete, now youre wanting to charge me an additional $1800 to fix cooler properly? A brand new cooler costs $3000. I own 5 restaurants and have used this company in the past, as of recently they have ripped me off with their prices. I will never use them again

AireCom does a great job keeping our 6 HVAC rooftop units running!! Today's technician, Jernard, did a great job for us!! He was knowledgeable, polite, punctual, and we have heat again in the back offices!!

Gavin stopped by to help us at my place of business today and was very professional as he worked around our clientele. There was a hiccup and he had to leave and come back with some extra supplies. He said hed return in 20 min. And sure enough, he got back in exactly 20 min. And completed the job just as professionally. My employees also noticed his professionalism and mentioned it to me. Im both impressed by and thankful for the customer service offered by Gavin.
