Peak Performance Hypnosis

Came in desperately looking for confidence in baseball and found a cure through hypnosis. Its hardened my mind and I recommend everyone try it at least once.

I first went to Peak Performance Hypnosis after I quit drinking to help with anxiety. After our sessions, I can say that I feel comfortable around alcohol and I would recommend it for anyone who is past detox and looking to reinforce their sober journey. I was not solicited, but decided to go back several months later to address some attention issues I was having. I had some important tests coming up and had just started a new job. I can say after those sessions, I have a calm attitude toward complicated tasks and learning, and my attention has improved dramatically. I pass a test I had failed twice prior and am becoming better at organizing task and large amounts of information. Couldnt be happier.

I just completed a 4 session hypnosis series with Jeffery Richards at Peak Performance. Why I originally went isn't as important as what the sessions left me with, for I feel that whatever someone is struggling with can be addressed with his methods. I left each session with a feeling of confidence and a sense of well-being that has lasted. I know that I can, and will, continue on the path that I truly desire for myself. I recommend Jeffery Richards and Peak Performance as a path to achieving personal goals.

We worked with Jeff Richards at Peak Performance Hypnosis to help my daughter become more confident with her gymnastics performance. My daughter is a Level 10 gymnast that performs very complex, high risk skills in a highly competitive environment. She was having a lot of anxiety to perform well at meets and in practice with the hopes of getting a Division I gymnastics scholarship. Jeff was able to work with her demanding schedule to get her back on track and reduce her stress. She now seems very confident and "chill" as the kids say these days. I see her love of the sport back in her eyes again. She is back to being excited to complete instead of anxious. What I love about the program is that it was customized to my daughter's needs and scheduled to work around her demanding practice and meet schedule. Also, we saw results after the first session! Jeff is a very genuine, likable person which is important when working with teenagers. He develops a sense of trust immediately which leads to successful sessions. He tries to be as efficient as possible in achieving results instead of trying to sell you unneeded quantities of sessions and packages. I would recommend Jeff to any parent of a gymnast that is struggling with confidence or anxiety. He is a trusted partner in my daughter's gymnastics journey now!
