Big Air Trampoline Park

Nice trampoline park. Smaller, probably more suitable for younger kids due to space. Theres a playground, ninja course, and wall climbing. Clean.

I brought my grandkids into to big air today, and when we had gotten there, we waited for a good 20 minutes before getting checked in. A manager had to come out because all girls had walked away from the registers. Before the manager, Justin came up to help us to check us in quickly and was very friendly. While in the park, we noticed lots of dirty tables and a lot of the attractions were closed. My grandkids tried to do the ropes course but it was closed down, and when we asked an employee, they had told us that their assistant general manager had told them to close it down. We did however notice that Aireanna and Jake in the kitchen were very helpful. Other than the 3 people that I've mentioned, I feel that there were very few staff members willing to help and the ones we did see appeared very unprofessional, including a manager wearing very short shorts. Is there no dress code? My overall opinion of this location is that it has a lot of great features, but lacks of organization and professionalism.

If you value your money book your party elsewhere. Never again will I book a party with them. I arrived on time, was not told anything about the party process, we were sat down to eat late which would have been fine if we werent rushed to leave the party area, there was never anyone availble for assistance, and last but not least the pizza is horrible. Everyone complained how nasty the pizza was and how the crust reminded them of cardboard. Save your money.

I would definitely recommend coming to Big Air. There are a bunch of attractions, and a bunch of nice people. Naomi helped checked me in, and she was very polite and sweet. The staff members were very nice as well. Michael and Matthew, who both work in the kitchen, are both cool people and very nice. I ordered some food and got straight to work. Angel and Justin were both helpful as well. If you have kids and want to do something fun and exciting with them, look no further...Big Air is both exciting and fun!
