    Update: I changed my 1 star to a 4. After this entire debacle, a gentleman who works there called me after a few attempts to get my money back. He let me be heard and tried to make it right. We all have bad days but being disrespectful isnt called for and he made it right in my eyes. Customer service is key to owning and operating a business Evan if it went this long they was stand up. The worst service I have ever received. I placed and order for a work rest and all of the attachments. The salesman was amazing and loved conversating with him. He stated it would take a couple weeks to get out the product. Not a problem. When it showed up I was short a plate that I purchased. I called in and spoke with Halle. Now she told me that she probably forgot and that when it goes to the back she doesn't know what happens to it. It probably needs found and a label made and sent out. She kept stating it would take more time. I listened to her the entire time. Then when it came for me to speak she kept cutting me off and over running anything I was trying to say. NOW i didn't elevate my voice nor speak curse words... I am a father of a beautiful little girl and a small business owner. I understand things happen. What I Was trying to say was I would pay for overnight shipping. She wouldn't allow me to speak and then hung up the phone. She also stated it was Monday and she has a lot more going on then what my problem was. I don't ever review people for the most part but this needs to be done. I don't know when it became acceptable to treat customers and people this way. I am a veteran, father and small business owner. I understand and am understanding.... This struck a nerve. I always loved my KMG grinder.... I will be selling it and purchasing something from a business who values their customers regardless of a situation. This could have all been stopped it she just said sorry I am having a bad day. I am a human being and understand. What i will not tolerate is blaming and disrespect. Paul Seevers
