Very confusing. Why do u have to make driver to suffer for picking up a load?

Had a Forklift interview yesterday, everyone that interviewed me were kind and sincerely helpful in explaining all of the work requirements, it would be a very great place to work

Highly unprofessional HR department. I applied for a production position and was contacted by a Ms. Trost regarding a preliminary phone screening. She asked for my available times to speak and after I provided that information, she had sent a message to state the reserved time. However, I was not able to wait for her finalization message because I had to go to work at my existing 3rd shift position with my still current employer. I wrote back after my shift to thank her for setting it up. However, I guess it was not quick enough for her and I later found out she had canceled my candidacy. I would not want to work for such an intolerant and inflexible employer anyways so I appreciate the insight and spared career misstep.
