Betsy is very personalized and targets pain specific to whatever youre dealing with. Im very active and tend to need a lot of deep tissue work, she takes care of that very easily. Definitely the best massage therapist Ive ever had!!

Betsy is friendly, gentle, and great company. A fantastically skilled massage therapist. Worth all the stars! And will gladly wear a well fitted KN95 upon request with a big air purifier in the massage room.

MOMMAS, go see Betsy! I had two c-sections and my abdominal muscles would cramp horribly if I lifted my legs to get dressed or get in a car, and each time I would paint my toenails. It was so severe it would take my breath away. I couldn't figure out why so I reached out to a personal trainer that I know to ask why my muscles were torturing me. He suggested finding a good massage therapist to help release the fascia layers. I reached out to Betsy and I'm so glad I did. After our first session I had a ton of relief. I went DAYS before I cramped again and when I did it was very minimal. I didn't want to jinx it and say I was cured so I went back for a second session and I haven't cramped since. It has been a couple of weeks, and I want to go back just to make sure we really worked it out, but Betsy is an absolute miracle worker and has improved things for me tremendously. You don't realize how debilitating such a simple thing can be and I'm so thankful for her. Also she makes you feel welcome and comfortable and really listens to what you have going on. 100/10 would recommend.
