        booked a couples massage to destress after a long week. my wife had a great experience, which im grateful for. i however have not been able to walk straight since Saturday. its now Tuesday. typically after a massage im a bit sore, but i felt the stiffness immediately when i stood up off the massage table. i can barely move now without my back spasming. spent the weekend on the couch. prior to going in i was doing fine with a little stiffness in my neck.
