Exhaling! Calling my experience a massage seems underwhelming. Kamaras hands are divine! The way she was able to connect to my problematic areas while helping me breathe through releases was magical. Its like I could feel the pain leaving my body when I exhaled. This was more than a myofascial release massage. It was self-care at its best, therapy. Ms. Kamara, gratitude! Im still breathing.

First off before even booking i was able to reach out and ask questions that i had about the experience. I automatically felt welcomed as soon as i entered the sacred space. The experience was transformative & kamara made sure to talk to me from beginning to end making me feel even more comfortable/ at peace. I felt a significant amount of physical & emotional release as soon as we were completed. I am looking forward to booking AGAIN!

Kamara has such a vibrant inviting aura and has such a unique way of helping facilitate healing in the body she help release something from a knot that left me in tears but also in a blissful state. This was first experience like this but I def will be coming back for more.
