Dr. Schaeffer is the best. I have tried other chiropractors over the years and he is by far the best. He listens to what I am telling about my problem areas and he works to make me feel better. I also love the massage therapy. April does a great job at working on the points that are causing me the most problems. I always feel better when I leave the office. When you combine both it really does help and no one does this better than Essential Health and Wellness.

I got a call telling me that Michelle didn't want me on her table anymore, which I thought was really rude. It was after an ahead of time cancellation. She had been my masseuse for years. I guess she would have preferred me to show up and throw up in her mouth so she could take the virus home to her kids. Solana was really nice though and suggested I schedule with one of the newer masseuse. I thanked her but decided against it.

My hip stopped hurting. Dr. Shaffer gave me an exercise that stopped the pain/cramp in my calf so I can now make it through an 1.5 hours of Tai chi. It's a miracle.
