Practice so large and busy thats you have to wait many weeks for an appointment . I did like Dr Seymour & his team. I didnt like the location. Dr Seymour/team seemed knowledgeable and had decent bed side manner but thats about it. Difficult to get follow-up appointments without weeks of waiting, I decided to try another less busy, better located practice. My issues of on-going osteo pain just didnt seem important enough for them to care about me.

I have been seeing Mallory at CAC since 2016. I drive an hour each way just to see her. She is wonderful! She never makes me feel rushed and always listens to my thoughts and opinions. She explains all treatment options very well and answers all my questions. I really feel that she cares about me as a person and understands what I am going through. SHES THE BEST!

This hospital's lab( blood test) center is terrible. That hospital has changed lab staff recently. I didn't know that when I went to the hospital. When I went to the lab, I met new nurses. One of them was tried to shot for a blood test. The nurse said nothing, even my name, date of birth, and anything. She just tried to shoot. However, she failed the work several times. I was very painful and afraid. So I screamed a little bit, but she didn't stop. Suddenly, another nurse came to me. She also didn't say anything to me, and she helped the formal nurse to shot for blood tests. The two nurses treated me like a mouse in the laboratory. They failed the first shot. At that time, I was very, very painful, so I was shocked. They didn't say anything to me. So I said what are you doing, guys? I am so hurt. My voice was a little bit high because I was very painful and shocked. My husband, who waited for me outside, tried to come inside because he heard my screaming. They didn't allow my husband to go inside. One of the nurses said you could go to another hospital to take a blood test when I screamed. I said no, and then she tried to shoot again. She succeeded in the blood work finally. Both my arms hurt, so I cried. They didn't say anything like sorry or something else. Is it possible? I have a Rheumatoid Arthritis. I am always in pain because of my illness. This hospital's doctors and other staff are excellent, except for the lab. I have never seen it before. They treated me like a medical mouse in the lab. I was not a patient to them. I was shocked incredibly. That was terrible service. I am very disappointed with their rude attitude. They didn't check my name, birth, and anything at the lab. If they got tested on other patient's blood, not mine, I could be very dangerous certainly. Please be careful about this issue. Your health is so important as well.
