I have never been here before, but I have been working out lately and have a pair of underwear I really like that are kinda unique, and I thought I might find something similar here. So I went here to see. I am not the easiest to fit, so I didn't have a lot of hope for this, but I figured I would still try. I took a sample of what I was looking for. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the friendly employee Wes, who then showed me 3 to 4 different options and suggested them based on his own taste but also what I had mentioned. It was great. I tried them on and some fit well but lacked some things I wanted and others didn't fit the way I wanted so no perfect match but here is why this place gets 5 stars while I was there I observed other customers in the store and West going above and beyond to offer advice on other things in the store and personal recommendations to the point customers even were saying "wow I really appreciate that information" " that means alot" ect He really showed a "I care about everyone" attitude top notch customer service! He even tried to find something for me, but unfortunately, there just wasn't anything that was there that matched, but we found something close. I just needed a different size, so he took my info and will be in touch when it comes in. I was very impressed with the customer service observed! If you are looking for leather, jocks, or fun underwear, this is the place to check out and the customer service at least if Wes is there is Amazing! Torso has 2 shops in Columbus and has a ton of cool stuff at both. You need to go if you are gay or bisexual.

Wesley is so nice and helpful. I am a plus sized lady and found things that would fit me, quickly. I feel like the quality is high and it's worth supporting this business. Small space, but plenty of options.

Love this store, but I was double charged for an item, i have the receipt and all information, was told all i can do is come in and pick up what I was charged twice for. I don't need two, i need my money back.
