    Im a patient here and Logan McGinty is my doctor and he is wonderful and always very supportive and professional. I feel like he really understands me and listens to me. He is very accommodating to my schedule and there for me if I need help quickly. The front office people are always very friendly and helpful and I enjoy talking with them but it is also very easy to use the patient portal. Its easy to leave a message for my doctor and he responds quickly and its easy to check in and pay your bills. Overall this is a great place and I really like everything about it.

    I am happy with the medical professionals that I work with but have had negative experiences regarding prescription refills. I've had to call and message Lifestance repeatedly to get my prescription refill sent to my pharmacy. I called 2 weeks ahead of needing another refill, but my pharmacy did not receive the request. When I called Lifestance about it they said the person I spoke to must not have sent the message. Because of similar issues (related to internal communication), I've had to go days without medication. This is very frustrating.

    My ADHD testing and doctor were good but Lifestance has the literal worst phone line and staff I have ever encountered. Not counting the multiple other issues I had to call about, it took me 3 months to receive all of my statements because they never uploaded my first one and I had to call 7 times and talk to separate people each time and somehow got a different issue with a simple billing statement every time. I was told it could be and had been emailed twice but then told twice that emailing them isn't allowed. I was told 4 times that my statement had been uploaded and 3 times it hadn't been due to staff error and the last time it wasn't the statement I requested. I was also hung up on multiple times and kept on hold so long I was transferred to a new employee and had to explain from the start. Dealing with the billing aftermath has made me positive I will never use this disorganized company for anything simply due to the sheer headache and waste of time of contacting anyone and having to call a minimum of 3 times to solve any problem. Wish I had chosen to go somewhere else.

    I made an appointment two months ago. Went over all the medications I take. Called a second time on my own accord to confirm everything. Then sent in my entire medical record not to mention filling out an intake form. Fast forward to today, three hours before my appointment, I get a call to tell me the provider they matched me with does NOT prescribe my medication. I don't understand how they could drop the ball on this extremely important detail on 3 separate occasions but needless to say it's extremely frustrating as I'm on a medication I can't just stop taking and currently have no solution to get my medicine besides the ER. I will update this review after I try to work with this provider one more time. I understand mistakes can be made but medical mistakes should never be made. Looking forward to finding a solution. A bit worried about all the 1 star reviews that are very similar to mine.... Update: after another representative promised to call me back and didn't, I called with 30 minutes left till close. I got an absolutely wonderful representative that actually knew what they were doing and found a solution. They also explained to me what had happened earlier rather than just dismissing me. This was wonderful, especially when dealing with mental health. I guess it all depends on the employee these days. My 3rd experience was very positive. I know this is a long review. If you've read this far, I'll update once more after my actual appointment. As for contacting the company with my information, there is absolutely no need for this. My explanation of what occured is very clear and concise. There is nothing you can do for me to change what occured. I just want to share my experiences with others.
