Eric is a great guy with a hard work ethic, and amazing knowledge of the neighborhoods in central Ohio. He worked with me and my fiance to buy the house that WE wanted to purchase as our starter home. Eric is THE most attentive and friendly real estate agent!!! He assisted with getting my house in Columbus in contract within 24 hours at 54k over list. He always had my husband and my best interest at heart. He made sure the deal was buttoned up and all the numbers worked to our favor and still got the house sold. He went above and beyond to help us buy our forever home. Stayed on the task until we were able to close the deal. He made sure the deal was the lowest price we could go for the house and still get the offer accepted. You cannot find a more qualified real estate agent. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
