        Zippy Shell Columbus is AMAZING, I cannot sing their praises enough! When researching moving/storage companies to store our possessions while we were in-between homes, we wanted a pod so that we only had to pack and unpack once. I researched Zippy Shell, Pods, and Pack Rat ... Zippy Shell Columbus was by far the most economical and had the best options. Working with Dave (owner of the franchise) was wonderful! Great communication throughout the process (both phone and email). He was able to drop off our shell in a tight street in downtown Columbus with no nearby parking and pick it up when we had finished packing it up. We had many delays in our home construction and had to adjust our drop-off date numerous times, which he graciously accommodated. Zippy Shell was available to drop-off our shell as soon as we were ready. All our possessions were in good condition, having been stored in their temperature controlled facility. If we move again, I am definitely calling Dave!

        Worst customer service ever! These people cut my lock without permission, damaged my property and said that I gave them permission, there seriously laughable!

        Website was nice but calling and getting a quote was a nightmare. Dave is the person I spoke with and he seemed unsure about ANYTHING I asked him, even telling me to go to the website even though the website connected me to him. I need packing assistance for my entire house and he just couldn't understand that. Overall made me uncomfortable with the company and if I can't get a proper quote I don't want to know what would happen to my house.

        From start to end my experience with Zippy Shell was fantastic. I worked directly with David, the owner of the Zippy Shell Columbus, OH franchise, and that was the way to go. He dropped off my shell (1 hour West) himself with ample notice. Pickup after loading was right on time. For a long distance move (1000mi southwest) my shell arrived EARLY to the local arrival warehouse, and in perfect condition to my home. I also used the unloading support option. The team was able to correct an initially wrong drop off scheduling to an on time drop off of my shell using the 3rd party company College Hunks. Both employees from College Hunks were professional and efficient. I would use Zippy Shell again.
