Suzy's Helping Hands

Suzy and her team were wonderful support during my 2016 move. I saw this survey as I was referring her to a friend.

In March of 2023 I was referred to Suzy's Helping Hands for a move from an apartment to my forever home in Columbus. I used the "contact us" button on their website and was emailed AND called within a couple of hours. I spoke with Suzy for quite a while about what I "thought" I needed and my timeframe. We met within a week to show her the new place. She brought at least 3 people from her team with her for various opinions that might be needed. Everyone was extremely helpful and caring with their ideas and thoughts on not just my move, but possibly transforming this new space to meet my needs. Over the next 3 months, many projects were tackled including new paint, carpet, spare bath remodel, new furniture and of course, the move. With each project, there was ALWAYS excellent communication and no bills were even sent until things were completed to my satisfaction (much appreciated). The day of the move, there were 6 people there to move boxes, furniture and place and set things up in each room to my satisfaction (they even made my bed for me!). I moved from a 3bd/2bath 2 car, to the same basically. They started AND completed within 4 hours flat. Absolutely everything and everyone was perfect (and respectful), and I couldn't have been happier. I can't recommend this company enough. Their attention to detail, communication and wisdom are second to none. If you're contemplating a move, a downsize, or any kind of home updating, this is definitely the company to use. They absolutely made my life EASY with this transition!
