        There is nothing wrong with this Redbox. My review is about the website. They won't allow me to write a movie review. I've tried several times for different movies and it always says I don't have valid authorization to access this service. WTH!? I've spent 100's of dollars with Redbox, but I don't have authorization to write a review? So are the reviews real, or does Redbox write them all?

        I wish I could give it zero stars. Three times I have tried to rent from this kiosk and have not received what I tried to rent. The first time was a Michelle branch copied CD, the second time was a totally different broken game, which happened yesterday, and today I received a silver bullet band CD. Redbox is always helpful when I call and I get free rentals, but it's so inconvenient. I recommend if anyone thinks about using this kiosk just don't, go to another one.
