        I am thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service provided by Cat. My sessions are truly enjoyable and incredibly relaxing, creating a wonderful sense of self-care. Cat's clear explanations of each procedure and their benefits add to the overall positive experience. The facility is well-maintained and contributes to the overall ambiance. I would like to offer a suggestion, not a complaint, that when using Google Maps, it directs you to an empty building in Worthington. To avoid any inconvenience, I recommend using the address on Bethel Rd. Please be aware of this while planning your visit.

        Poor Website and Communication. I cannot and will not book a consultation without knowing what I am booking. Their website has no info on what laser lipo is. I found them on Groupon. Every Med spa has an info section. I contacted them just to ask what this procedure was. I live further away. Their response was to book a consultation and I can ask what this procedure was at that time. Terrible and inconvenient. N.B It seems via Google (unsure if that is what this place does) that this laser lipo is just a cavitation device.

        Cat is amazing! I went to see her after I was unable to lose any weight after a year of workout and eating right. I told her my frustration to lose weight and she came up with a plan. She explains everything she's doing and makes you feel very comfortable with the process. I have lost a noticable amount of inches. I'm so happy with my results! You can tell she cares about the work she is doing and the people she is working on.

      Kay Mcleod, We 're sorry that you're confused. You can not and will not book an appointment when you do not know what you are booking... The fine print of our Groupon ad and email states a new client consultation is required. A consultation is a required appointment for all new clients. As a Med Spa , which you seem to not know much about, Our technicians assess what a client may need at the time of consultation.If you are still unsure of what a consultation is , we have no other words to describe it to you. Our admin. staff will not offer any client a consultation or information about any procedure we offer , as they are not trained to make any suggestions for our practice . A consultation is not free . Apparently you missed that part in the fine print that states (Consultation Required. An appointment to access the area to be treated and recommend treatment . A suggestion to aide you're misunderstanding and short comings when viewing a Groupon ad you should read the description and you might help yourself before displaying public ignorance.
