Dont waste time here. If I could give -2 stars I would. This organization looks like an organization with a good purpose. But they are pretty horrible. I called them, spoke with Sarah who seemed nice, and like she wanted to help. I think she did genuinely want to help. There are 2 other people, Ginger and Claire that work there too. Claire was my assigned attorney.. I barely spoke on the phone with Claire, and she ended the call pretty quickly, and she didnt even gather the full details of what my situation was before just rejecting the case from the get go. She said she would call back, didnt call back and I received an email from her saying my case was closed. I reached back out, spoke with Sarah and Sarah tried to transfer me to her, and she didnt pick up. I left multiple messages, no answer. Sarah reached out and magically got a hold of her.. said she could help me and she would send her availability to me for Monday. I had an administrative hearing w my school that I cancelled because I said she would be there. The school gave me an extension for her to be there. I receive a call today from Sarah that Claire and Ginger dont want to help me and that I should forward information elsewhere. They didnt even have the full details of the situation, so how could they know what Im needing? I only told them half of the situation. The half they cant help with, I understand, the other half..: they dont even know! I asked to speak with Ginger who is supposedly over Claire, and Sarah said Ginger said she wont talk to me. So now, my school is expecting an attorney to be at my administrative hearing, and theyve made the matter worse because Claires presence was important to my school but I guess she wont be helping. At the very least out of common courtesy she could have been present to the meeting or instead of telling me she would attend, be honest and tell me she was debating attending. Dont use this service - they will not help you. They just waste your time.

Shocked by their services. I contacted them concerning a relative who wanted to move from assisted living back into her daughter's home but, had a legal guardian who was not on board. The attorney handling her case was, initially, very motivated and involved. Without any explanation, she stopped contact, not returning calls. I called and left messages asking her to please contact me. No return calls. Never heard from her again. After reading other reviews, I guess that's just par for their course.

There's no option for a zero, so we'll have to settle with a one. I spoke with Frank today he is one of the rudest individuals I have ever spoke to. This is supposed to be an organization that assists people, how is that possible when I was constantly interrupted when I was speaking, and told that basically my request for accommodations was ridiculous and there was nothing they could do. I asked to speak with someone else and I was ignored on that request as well.
