This is so sad i have been on hold for 2 months and then someone finally calls you back after going to the office and waiting for hours just to tell you to drop of a card and they will call. They call weeks later and then ask why stuff is not up to date. We waited two months to hear about my intermidtine report just to get hung up on. This is a Government agency? They treat people like scum, and all we need is help. I can see why people snap and have attitudes. And the workers don't care if you are nice and polite they always hang up. Guess i will try all over again start calling, just be disconnected. you would think in 2023 we would have better phone systems with a government agency. Well i know all the cell phone inside the building work because when your waiting in line for hours, the employees are just sitting there playing on there phones waiting till 5 o'clock to clock out. No care in the work about helping the public which is there JOB. THIS IS ARE TAX DOLLARS HARD AT WORK. because some of your cliental actually works hard for what we have. NO STARS I HAD TO PICK ONE.

This place is full of miracle workers not just for Jews but for everyone. When I was robbed they helped me. When I got sick they helped me. The people who helped were humble and made it easy for me to ask for help. They did not refer me somewhere else they put their money where their mouth was. If you need real help they will help. May the Lord bless them and keep them.
