        I contacted Lisa Banks this morning for our scheduled "virtual business coaching" session. This appointment has been on her books for more than a week. She answered the call with stress in her voice and after I introduced myself, her response was "how can I help you" in a very disinterested tone of voice. Needless to say, I immediately said "thank you for your time and ended the call". Is the customer service this bad because it is a free service? I am willing to pay to get the assistance from someone that enjoys their job! It is very sad and unfortunate that she is allowed to behave this way.

        I completed two programs for my business with ECDI and for that Im truly grateful. However, I find it odd that youre telling business owners that come to you for your widely advertised business loans, that if they dont put their house up for collateral it means they dont have skin in the game?? Im really confused about this as the loan is barely $15,000 but you want me to use my home (which is worth $400,000 in todays market) to secure the business loan. How can you ask for this when you are partly funded by the SBA? If the SBA loan programs arent asking for my home, why are you??
