We signed an agreement with OH, Columbus - Galleria at PNC Plaza for a virtual office at this location so that we could receive couple of letters. As it turned out later, in their House Rules, on page 7, rule 56, they required certain form to be provided that included some information we were not willing to share. Without that form, they refused to provide any services. Based on the agreement we signed, if Regus cannot provide services, the agreement will end. The community Manager (Earl Marshall) confirmed in writing that they are not able to provide services we paid for, but later he declined to follow their own agreement. Instead, Mr. Earl demanded us to keep paying monthly fees without receiving any services in return. Mr. Earl declined any attempts to negotiate this situation and stopped responding. Business practices employed by Regus management are outrageous. Today, when businesses need to help each other, this behavior is just despicable. If you are considering this place, think twice. These people don't deserve your business. Update from 6/1/22. As advised, I raised a case through their Help section. Nobody got back to me for a week. Instead, I received an email from a collection agency. That is all you need to know about Regus. Their words (even public) mean nothing. Do yourself a favor - find better place for your business.
