I've been going here for over two years. My doctor is wonderful, always makes sure my questions are answered, is honest and forthright about my condition. The Lab folks are great, I've never had a bad bruise from one of their sticks. All of the folks in the Infusion Sectoin are attentive to patients, kind, and cheerful. The office folks are very friendly and efficient. When faced with the illnesses they treat, I couldn't ask for a better group of people!

Horrible experience. Their approach towards patient care can use an extreme overhaul. My physician referred me to this office. my initial appointment was set for one date, but the Oncology office called and asked if I would be willing to change my appointment for a different date that worked better with their schedule. I agreed to the schedule change and asked the nurse who had called for the address to their location. I heard her say 18 Jasonway. After fiddle-faddling 2-3 minutes looking for 18 Jasonway, I called my primary physician to learn the address is in face 810 Jasonway. She transferred me to the oncology clinic and the receptionist stated I’m still good for my appointment as I told her I was pulling into the parking lot. And yet checking in and paying my co-pay, the receptionist came to me in the waiting area and said “I have to apologize Mr. but I am going to have to refund your co-pay as you were 11 minutes late and we don’t accept patience who are more than 10 minutes lateâ€. It’s right before the holiday and our physicians want to try to leave early, is what I really heard through the false excuse. I share that it was this clinic that called to change my appointment to this date and time and that stated the incorrect address. Speaking to patient services has only yielded more smoke and mirror as they states a NP “may†be able to see me but they have to wait until my schedule Dr. comes out from with a patient and grant the NP permission to see me. So here I sit waiting to see a NP long enough to compose this lengthy complaint (and probably still sitting here while u read this).
