The doctor who helped me was terrible he had too students I had a male student who was pushy and wouldnt take no for an answer even when I said no. The female was quiet and just watched as he did everything, the doctor I had to deal with was just money hungry he didnt care about helping his patients, only cared about the pay check, I told him I could not afford the eye therapy the wanted me to do and they said they would help the best they could and kept insisting I do more tests, I have glasses and went in for an exam , my prescription was exactly the same because they didnt do they job they were supposed to do from the start . so now I have a prescription that is the same as what I have now this was a complete waste of my day dont go here unless you 6 hours to spare its a waste of time and they dont what you need the do 5 hours of unnecessary treatments and tests and I probably will have a huge bill because I didnt ask for half of the test they did.

I am providing this review to commend a very helpful staff member in the billing office who helped me out after my August 29 appt (and a separate review concerning the supervising optometrist).... Sheree W. was very helpful when I called in about the bill I received, and I think she did a great job in explaining details to me and in submitting claim to Medicare.

Ive had consistent unpleasant treatment from this clinic (the Neil location) when it comes to contacts. I called to ask for trial pair due to my last pair being damaged/expired and any other place would allow me to pick up a pair while I waited for my contact order to arrive. This place continued to make up excuses as to why I could not get a pair. I will no longer go to this location for services. Ive been treated better at other places. I do want to point out that Ive received much better treatment from the Upper Arlington location. I would suggest the employees at the Neil location follow suit when it comes to customer service and treating patients better. Giving patients a trial pair of contacts will not hurt and the fact I was denied several times when I asked truly tainted my willingness to do any future business with this office and I suggest anyone looking to do any business with this location (Neil) to highly reconsider!

Superb- student and doctors were extremely thorough, spent plenty of time talking to me about what might be the problem with one of my eyes. A great experience. Same day appointments when my eye infection was quite serious. Highly recommend.

All of the students and Doctors are great , that said Dr Buckland is wonderful and especially Freida and Jackie they are the best !!!
