Started off good with a handshake and a good price to build a gravel and wood border foundation along with assembly of a shed. Went down hill real quick when he did not level the wood or gravel did not tamper, and according to him his help was lazy. He quit on a monday because he said i did not sign his inappropriate contract after he had already started on a Wednesday and he did not have contract for me until monday. Cory did not mention this to me in person. Never knocked on my door to make me aware that i had to sign his contract. I tried calling him to talk to him like adults about why he left, he would not pick up his phone. I ended up having to do it myself, not only did i have to clean up his mess and trash. I had to redo rock and wood border. Redo all shed pieces that were put together wrong. He was looking at instructions but did not pay a bit of attention to the way metal pieces had to be put together. All in all I'm glad he left because now i dont have to fight with him if he did finish it.He also tried to blame me for this fiasco. I would not trust this contractor to build anything. He also is not the best pro contractor for home depot.

We've been very satisfied with Corey's handiwork fixing our fence gate, and lawn care skills, and have hired him for multiple jobs at our house. He's very skilled and knowledgeable, with a great sense of humor also for a fair rate. Services: Home maintenance & repairs, General repairs
