I went to the Portals concert in Cincinnati and decided that I wanted to get some of the confetti laminated along with three posters. I sent my other signed poster to my friend in Minnesota and got everything laminated for under $20. It took a couple of days to laminate the confetti just because they wanted to ensure it wouldnt burn, and I think they did an excellent job well worth the wait. Their customer service was incredible, and Im so happy with everything. Thank you!

Nothing against the Staples team, but DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT, book TSA precheck here. I have now made 2 appointments, which both were outside the TSA office time despite what is directly listed online. My appointment today was at 8:20am. I went in to find out the office does not open until 9:15am. I could not wait that long. Now the next appointment is at the end of June SO frustrating that it allows you to book this online, but its not open during those times. This has happened twice now.

I received excellent customer service from Taylor in the print services center yesterday! I took in an order that came from a different Columbus location Staples that was printed incorrectly with half of the image missing and she was more than happy to remake my order for me there on the spot, rather than sending me back to the original location the order was placed at. I appreciate her taking the time to make it right and with efficiency! If you have a choice of which Staples to send your print orders to, I would definitely recommend this location on Olentangy River Road. Thank you again!
