        After an hour of waiting they finally saw my son, it's time to go look for another dentist, they are very slow or they don't have enough staff.

        The front desk staff manager is so disrespectful. I came 8 minutes lates.Then, the lady started yelling at me that Im late and I previously apologized. I have two appointments one is 3:00 and the other 4:00. I wanted to leave my child and get the other kids that have appointments at 4, she then refused because thats against the policy. So I got all the kids and went to get the other kids from school. We then came back and when I was talking to this nice black woman, the other woman that was yelling at me came and randomly disrupted our conversation and she started screaming at me for no apparent reason. The people including the black lady was shocked at her behavior. I think she was being racist and disrespected me because of my religion or clothing. This disrespectful office manager is Alexis Seziol .One then the lady told me that I can take 1 of my child then the manager said but the other one is not allowed to come in even though theres a barely a lot of people in there. DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE

      We are sorry you had this experience as we strive to see all patients on time and will excellent treatment. In order for our office to do just that we have policies in place to protect and uphold office values. One of these policies being a 10 min grace period for all appointments. Unfortunately this policies was not met yesterday as the patients were 25 minutes late to the appointment, we do however do our best to reschedule late appointments to the next availability we have that best suits the patient. We hope our office offered you and your child a replacement appointment what accommodates your needs. In addition to that policy, we also uphold the policy of child safety in our office, as no child is allowed to be left alone. This policy is posted in multiple locations around the building and strongly enforced. This policy is in place to not only protect the office but your child as well. We strive to uphold these policies with respect to patients and are sorry you did not feel respected. These policies were created to enhance the patient experience for ALL patients and to show fairness and equality. We as an office strive to respect our patients time and anticipate this quality is reciprocated. We hope you accept our apology and look forward to seeing you and your child at their rescheduled appointment later this week.
