My Experian at pediatric associate Whitehall Office was not the best until I met doctor Randolph. My children have been coming to this office since 2006 when I have my first daughter shes 17 years old now.Then 2011 I had my son , we starting taking him there also I have not come across any doctor like Dr. Blake Randolph, is one of the best doctor I have ever come across at this office. He is very knowledgeable. Hes caring and not only that, hes very concerned about my children health hes even go out of his way to call about my children Lab result , even when the results looking good, just to explain to me whats next,thats what we call good Doctor. Blake Randolph. Me and my family want to extend our thanks and appreciation to you Dr.Blake Randolph. God will continue to lead you on the right path forever and ever.

Im NEVER referring anybody to this place . If I could give them zero stars I would . My experience with this office was horrible . Not only did that make me feel uncomfortable but my child as well . The doctors were great but the front office staff should be replaced except for maybe one or two of the girls. The practice manager, Karlena is by far the most unprofessional person I have ever met . The way she treats the parents as well as some of her stuff is atrocious . Im a PEDS Physical Therapist (Clinical Manager ) I deal with parents on a daily basis and I can say my experience with Karlena was horrible not to mention how she talks to some of her front office staff . I wanted to talk to her about a couple discrepancies in regards to my EOB ( I was being charged for things I didnt get ) and she threatened to kick my child out of the practice . Pediatric Associate please do better !
