Took my 2 kids on March 8 to this location and the pediatrician that saw my autistic daughter was not certified by the American Board of Pediatrics. Also, there were 2 nurses who could not withdraw blood from my autistic daughter and caused a bad bruise on her arm. I though nationwide had professional and well trained staff. I cant trust unprofessional and untrained medical staff to treat my daughter. My daughter already had a bad experience with a non certified pediatrician and I dont want her to have another bad experience again.

Since my baby was born I have been taking him to his appointments at this clinic and the truth is the people who serve there are super friendly, they serve quickly and are very affectionate with my baby every time I take him.

I have been bringing my kids here since birth when it was Kiddie West. Now its ridiculous as Lincoln Primary Care. I cant get them sick appointments, they just push it off to ER/Urgent care. And when I do that and my child is having difficulty breathing/ fevers over 103 and pneumonia and ER doc insisted he needed a follow up appointment with them within 3 days. He said I needed to demand it. They wont see him for 3-4 weeks out for a follow up. They obviously do not care about my sons health, and honestly been needing to change for a long time! So unless your child never gets seriously sick I wouldnt recommend them because they wont care to see them!
