        John Stoudt and the whole office were an incredible support throughout our grandmother's personal injury lawsuit against her assisted living facility. They offered wonderful advice and support during the whole process from the initial investigation, criminal case, and then mediation. We were able to get a fair settlement without having to go to court (although I feel confident that they would have won if we had gone to court) which really reduced the overall costs of the lawsuit and the speed of a settlement.

        Wonderful firm! We have worked with other attorneys in the past and Mike and Tim blew us away. If you have a brain injury in the State of Ohio, you NEED attorneys who are experienced in TBI cases, not just motor vehicle accidents or other personal injury matters. It makes a huge difference having an attorney who understands the medical, emotional, and financial issues a family suffers after a TBI. They are professional, compassionate, and great communicators. I would recommend this office to anyone.

      Thank you for sharing your feedback and we are sorry to hear about your disappointment. The case you are referring to was incredibly complex. It involved multiple issues relating to radiology and gastroenterology in which multiple experts were retained. We advanced over $100,000 to take this case to trial and after two weeks of hearing evidence, the jury found against us. We were saddened by the result, but not shocked because over 90% of medical malpractice trials in Ohio are decided in favor of the defendants. We can assure you that the case was handled with our utmost attention, care and professionalism and we deeply regret not being able to secure a favorable result. We continually work to improve our services and appreciate your input.
